Customer service is pathetic. It is just 2 months I purchased the AC and it sounds like a tractor running in a field. Oh yes forgot to mention build quality is so cheap it feels like it is made out of water bottles third-grade plastics.

Don't buy Bluestar Air conditioner (AC). Really a waste of money. I believe the company doesn't even performing Quality checks before selling a product. I was really suffering now. I purchased Bluestar 1 Ton 5 star 2024 model AC on 06th March 2024 and on 07 March 2024 installation was completed by brand technitian. On 9th March 2024 I observed low cooling and performance issues with the product. I raised (B24030904835) service request after 3 days of purchase but service centre told that it may take sometime time for cooling adjustment. I obeyed for it and they cancelled the ticket I raised. Honestly, I was really not satisfied with the AC from day 1 of the purpose. From last 10 days I was expecting no cooling and vibration sounds from the unit. I raised (B24061901578) service request again on 19th June 2024. On 20th June 2024 technitian inspected and told that there was a cooling coil issue in inner Unit which is a manufacturing defect it was a major issue in a short span of time. I believe the project which was received by me has not done proper Quality checks before deploying. I was doubt about the entire unit (inner and outer) now because in the short span of time my product has got a major issue. So I requested Bluestar company for complete product replacement but they are providing the spare part replacement which is defective, I was concerned that in someday if I face a major issue in nere future what should I do?. Really I request justice on this because I was not satisfied with the product from day 1, There was no satisfaction for the amount that I spent on this project, instead we can buy second hand if we are expecting this kind of issues in new project. I request an entire unit replacement with a new product which has done proper Quality checks. If I was not getting proper judgement here I was ready to proceed legally on the Blue star company as the company is delivering products which are not properly quality checked and customers are facing this kind of issues though they have spent a lot of money on the project.

Install karne ke bad 2 din sahi se chala uske bad se cooling nahi ho raha. Is company ka service itna ghatia ha ki 7 din se 10 bar call karne ke bad vi koi admi nahi veja. Koi vi mat kharid na Blue Star AC nahi to meri tarah pastana parega.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the faulty Bluestar AC unit and the subpar service provided by Bluestar. Despite multiple technician visits and repair attempts, the AC remains non-functional, causing significant mental and physical distress. From the very first visit on May 30, 2024, when the AC was not cooling properly, I have faced continuous issues. The technician advised waiting a week for full cooling capacity, which never happened. On the second visit, June 14, 2024, the technician found no gas in the AC, attempted to locate the leak but failed, and left the job incomplete with a suspected fan issue. The latest update on June 20, 2024, revealed a faulty compressor. Despite a video call with the company, my ticket was canceled without any notification, leaving me with only verbal assurances and no follow-up communication. When I contacted the local service center, the representative was unhelpful and could not provide a satisfactory resolution, promising only to raise another ticket. This entire experience has been a nightmare. Bluestar's continuous failure to resolve the issue, combined with the unresponsive and dismissive customer service, is unacceptable. I have one Godrej AC units and have never encountered such issues or received such poor service. I have emailed for the replacement of the AC unit as it has been faulty from day one, but they are also unresponsive on email. I found the higher authority email addresses (btn@bluestarindia.com, sunitadcosta@bluestarindia.com, animeshranjan@bluestarindia.com, nikhilsohoni@bluestarindia.com) and marked them in my emails, but they never respond. I strongly advise against purchasing Bluestar products. Their products are faulty, and their customer service is abysmal.
